The Players are looking to be putting a coach on to Blackpool for the Dons Vs Salford trains final.

Talk is of leaving straight after the Rossington home game on Saturday, stopping the night in Blackpool and coming home after the game.

Anyone interested should contact Gaz Munro or one of the players at the club.

Everyone welcome ( players from other clubs will also be made more than welcome)

It is better to deserve honours and not have them than to have them and not deserve them

Every man Jack who pulled on a shirt at the weekend deserve the HONOUR

Well done at the weekend lads both teams deserve a pat on the back, Merit travelled with 19 players eventhough a lot of excellent ones where left behind due to work, Humberside half marathon and being hen pecked.

Conference side got over what should have been its hardest hurdle left to them with ease.

Next week its all to do against a Scunthorpe Barbarians side who appear to be a completely different kettle of fish at home to when they are away.

A win would give the Marauders the Lincolnshire & South Yorkshire minor championship.

The RFL Volunteer Charter

Volunteers are a vital component of the RFL and its members. We hope that people enjoy volunteering with us and feel a full part of our team. This charter sets out what volunteers can expect from us and outlines our expectations of our volunteers. In adopting this charter the RFL purpose is to encourage best practice in volunteer management, seeking always to develop the quality of volunteering opportunities.

This charter seeks to provide overall guidance and direction to its employees and volunteers and to demonstrate that the RFL recognises its obligations to its volunteers. It does not seek to establish any form of contract, as volunteering is binding in honour only, and it is not intended to be legally binding.

Bri and Howard run our team keep us fit and keep us keen,
Our second coach was 6ft tall he's run around and now he's small,
Bri is funny in is own little way and as for Howard, we think he's gay,
Basically grumpy is our old Bri and when leeds lose he makes us cry,
You trained us hard the moorends way and come next season we'll have our day,
And now its time to take a break so raise your glass and celebrate,
we proved to all that were not cowards Thanks to bri and his little mate Howard Back to top

Masters Rugby League

Rugby League has always been deemed “a young persons sport.” That is until now!

Following a highly successful beginning in New Zealand way back in 1992, word quickly spread of the new format of the game and this soon found its way across the Tasman sea to Australia, where it’s now played by thousands.

Played by people who are aged over 35, the game is strictly a social version of Rugby League and has modified rules. There are no winners and losers with the most important rule “Everyone has to buy a drink for their opposite number”.

The RFL are keen to launch this great initiative in the UK. For more information on Masters Rugby League or to register your interest Click Here.
